Welcome to Bullvexa. By accessing or using our website, web dashboard, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptable Use of Service
By registering or connecting your broker account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and hold a valid, authorized trading account with Zerodha. You agree to use the Service only for lawful personal purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Not Financial Advice
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Bullvexa is a technology tool designed to execute automated algorithms based on parameters configured by the user. We are not a SEBI-registered investment advisor or stock broker. Any tools, insights, scanners, or backtest results provided by Bullvexa are for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
3. Trading Risks & Capital Loss
Trading in financial instruments, including equities, derivatives (Futures & Options), and currencies involves high volatility and a substantial risk of capital loss. You acknowledge that:
- Past performance of any backtest or system logic does not guarantee future results.
- System issues, internet delays, broker API downtime, or slippage may affect the timing and price at which trades are executed.
- You assume all financial responsibility for any losses incurred through the use of the bot.
4. Automated Execution and API Usage
Bullvexa automates orders on your personal Zerodha account using API requests. By activating automated mode, you authorize Bullvexa to submit, modify, and cancel orders in real-time. You accept that:
- Network latency or broker rate limits may delay or block order execution.
- Slippage can occur, causing your actual fill price to differ from the trigger price.
- You must monitor your active positions, margins, and trades directly through your Zerodha Kite terminal to ensure proper execution.
5. User Account and Local Security
Since your credentials are saved locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining the physical and digital security of your personal device. You agree to immediately notify us or change your broker credentials if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ketvi (and the operators of Bullvexa) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
- The use or inability to use the Service.
- Financial losses arising from automated trading activity or execution failures.
- Data loss or corruption of your local credentials.
- Broker API connection cuts or rate-limiting.
7. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or suspension of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
